Dr. Luauna Stines is the founder and President
of A Touch From Above, LSM Inc.

Ministering for over 25 years, she received an honorary doctorate from the I.M.I. Bible College
& Seminary; a District Ministerial License from LIFE Bible College of International Church
of Foursquare Gospel. She also holds an eduction certificate in Ministry Training and
Development from Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Stines is also the founder of Victorious Homes for Men and Women, a discipleship program
which has had over 500 men and women come through the program for over 20 years in Colorado,
Oregon, and California.
Dr. Stines is an evangelist, a sought after speaker, and has preached the gospel all over
the world. In many countries such as South Korea, Australia, England, Germany, Mexico, Cental
Africa, not to mention all over the United States.
Her gifting includes a television presence, which touches the hearts of thousands with her
trademark, "Don't Touch That Channel!" A Touch From Above television program airs 25 times
a week all over California and as far away as the East Coast to Atlanta, Georgia.
