I received your book on Thursday, opened it yesterday after work and couldn’t
put it down. By 1:00 am this morning I finished, a VERY powerful story! I was blessed by
it and knowing you personally I could hear your voice, and had to laugh out loud in some parts.
Your message of the Love of Jesus was clear and personal and brings hope.

Dr. Luauna Stines has given a heartfelt memory of her youth. Feeling hurt and unloved she was on the same path as my own daughter. I read this book and found that is hope for my wayward teen. Grief stricken as a mother can be I read through to find what I was looking for. A greater faith in the miracles of God. She showed me anew His amazing hand on a persons life when they turn towards Him.
If you are a mother and have a troubled teen this book will give you comfort and the encouragement you need. Maybe you will find that the hand of God can work for you as well.After reading this book you will feel connected to Luauna and will be waiting for her next book to discover where the hand of God has taken her since.

Whelma and I each had a copy of Dr. Luauna's book last night. We could not put it down, a real page-turner! A wonderful read it is. We enjoyed the candidness of the details that she shares, the real deal. She really got a good dose of salvation in that church that Sunday.

This story grabbed me from the first page to the last, I could not put it down until I finished. It is a gritty, real life story which reached into my heart, I laughed out loud, I felt sad at times and most of all I was inspired by someone who rose above hopelessness, defeat, and so many tragedies into a life of triumph. Even though I have could not relate to the author's life experiences, her descriptive writing brought alive every emotion. Everyone needs to read this book!Wow! I have a hard time sitting still, but I have no problem with listening to you. Also...I can't
put your book down. What quick and easy reading. My 91 year old mother was
standing up in the kitchen on Sunday night reading the book about 90% through when I told her
to sit down. I am looking forward to your "Tangled Wed" when it comes out.
